They scream fall to me, so that's the direction I took. I immediately thought of the leaves from the French Foliage set. I originally tried the Rock 'N Roll technique, but the leaves didn't have enough color for me, so I decided just to stamp the leaves in these three colors.
I guess I went CAS again this week, as I have lots of white space. Bravo Burgundy is the color that really popped out for me, so I used that as my pop of color in the added layer and the sentiment. The leaves are cut out, so they add a nice dimension to the card. Lots of white space = paper piercing to me, so I added a bit of that to finish it all off.
Have you started your Thanksgiving cards yet? Maybe this color combo will inspire you to do so. If so, be sure to pop on over to the Paper Players to see what the other talented designers have created for you...or better yet, to upload your own project. We'd love to see it! Thanks so much for stopping by.

Gorgeous! Rich and elegant - love it!
Beautiful Julie! That's one of my favorite stamp sets. I love the clean and simple feel of your card!
One of my favorite sets (I almost used this one too) translated into a perfect CAS creation!
Wow, Julie! I love the clean design using that set. For some reason I struggle to use that set because in my mind I think I am stuck on it "having" to look collage-like. But this is awesome inspiration, for sure! Crisp, clean and fall-tastic! :)
What a gorgeous CAS fall card, Julie! Very classy!
Really beautifully done. I love how you connect the leaves with the button and the paper piercing is a lovely finishing touch. TFS!
This card is so beautiful! I love the French Foliage set.
Oh this is CAS perfection Julie! Love the Bravo Burgandy border--it is such a gorgeous color and the layout is perfect to showcase these gorgeous leaves!
Gorgeous CAS look Julie! Love the piercing.
You know, I really do need to order this French Foliage set. I've seen lots of the water spot image lately, and now you're here today with a gorgeous array of the leaves. You sold me, Julie! LOL
I love this - it's so clean and simple and the leaves look wonderful!
Julie, I love your CAS design with just the right amount a detail. I will definitely have to CASE this one.
Julie, I love that you went CAS. The light background really highlights the richness of the colors. Absolutely gorgeous card.
